Q. What locations do you serve?

A. Please look at our Service Area section and view the map. If you are in a possible service area county, depending on the job size, we may service your county. Call us to inquire.

Q. What size Waste Boxes do you supply?

A.  We have several dumpster sizes.
6 yard - 12x5x3
10 yard - 12x7x4
12 yard - 13x7x4
16 yard - 14x7x5.5

Q. What do you or do you not allow in your Waste Boxes?

A. We do not allow any excessive amount of concrete, brick or dirt in our containers.  However, if you have such material, we will be more than happy to arrange the correct size container for your material.  Otherwise, we allow household waste, household cleanout and construction debris in our containers.

Q. How long is the Waste Box rented?

A. Generally the Waste Box is rented for seven days.  If the container is needed on a longer basis, that can be arranged with our Waste Box staff at no extra charge.  If your preference is to have the container picked up before the seven days, just call our office and we will schedule that pickup for you. For example, we will drop off your dumpster on a Wednesday and pick it up the following Tuesday.

Q. How much does a Waste Box cost?

A. Generally Waste Boxes cost approximately $200 to $300.  Those are general household and construction debris rates.  Roofing material is quoted on a job-to-job basis.

Q. How soon can I get a Waste Box?

A. We deliver Monday through Saturday.  If you call before noon, we can service your order that day.  Otherwise, all we need is one-day’s notice.

Q. What type of payment do you accept?

A. We accept cash, checks (with approval) and all major credit cards.

Q. Where can a Waste Box be placed?

A.Our staff is trained to make sure the area of your request is safe and stable.  The driver will work with you to put the dumpster in a specific area of your request.  If you would like your container to be placed on wood, you would supply the wood and the driver will position the container on the wood.
