Wastebox is the absolute best. They show up on time and pick up right away. Our driver Art was the best driver ever. He took a look at our driveway because of the slope and went above and beyond to make sure it was safe to drop the dumpster with the pitch of the driveway. Art is the real deal and wastebox is Lucky to have him. They are the best dumpster business in Chicago. Art also took the time to cut wood to protect the driveway and landed it exactly where we wanted it. Use Art and wastebox !

Have used Wastebox several times and they are very timely and professional...the office is extremely helpful talking through exactly how many yards you need based on your project! The delivery driver we recently had was amazing! He did a great job backing in while coordinating with our contractor, who was laying down plywood to help protect our paver driveway. I've used Wastebox twice so far and have nothing but good things to say about them. The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and helpful at explaining prices. I called around 7AM and my dumpster was delivered before noon. Their driver Jason was helpful and was able to position the dumpster in a way to preserve vehicle access to the garage while the dumpster was in the driveway. Finally, Wastebox is good with communications. They text about 30 minutes prior to arriving for drop off and pick up. Overall, a great company that I'd use again and recommend to others.

My driver Art, was great! I asked him if it would be possible to drop my dumpster in a narrow spot with not much clearance. He told me "I can do it with my eyes closed, but for safety reasons I'll keep them open". He actually then suggested a better spot, and that worked out great!
