A full box on Tuesday with drywall going up Wednesday costs you a day of labor across the whole crew. No per-pull discount earns that back. That is the only thing worth judging a dumpster company on, and it is the reason most contractors end up switching.

Trades we run for
Roofing
Tear-off is heavy and it comes off fast. A 12 or 16 yard sits on the driveway beside the dump trailer, and shingles do not need the big box, they need the right weight limit.
Remodel and GC
Mixed debris across a few weeks. Drywall, flooring, cabinets, trim and packaging all go in the same container, so size for the peak week rather than the average.
Concrete, demo and excavation
This is where most rental companies say no. Concrete, brick and dirt go in our 6 yard. It is the only size rated for that weight, and we will actually take the load.
Landscape and hardscape
Sod, soil, old pavers and broken slab. Soil and hardscape spoil ride in the 6 yard, green waste and timber in the larger sizes.
Property management and turns
Apartment turns and evictions produce furniture volume, not weight. The 20 or 30 yard clears a unit in one drop.
Restoration and cleanout
Water and fire jobs move on the insurer's clock. Tell us the deadline when you call, not after.
The concrete rule, because it decides who you can call
Most rental companies will not take clean concrete, brick or dirt at any size. We will, in the 6 yard container, and only in the 6 yard. It measures 12' x 5' x 3', it fits a single driveway lane, and it is rated to be filled level full.
Heavy material is not allowed in the 12, 16, 20 or 30 yard. That is an axle weight limit, so it is not negotiable at any price. If your job is part slab and part general debris, take a 6 yard for the concrete and a larger box for the rest.

Contractor questions
Can I put concrete in a WasteBox dumpster?
Yes, in the 6 yard, and only in the 6 yard. Concrete, brick and dirt are not allowed in the 12, 16, 20 or 30 yard because of axle weight limits. If your job mixes clean concrete and general debris, order two containers rather than one big one, it is the only way that load is legal on the road.
How long can a container sit on my job?
One week, plus a three day grace period, so ten days maximum with no extra charge. The rate is identical whether it is on site one day or all ten. If the job runs longer, we swap it for a fresh container at the cost of another rental.
What are the weight limits?
12 yard is 3 tons, 16 and 20 yard are 4 tons, 30 yard is 5 tons. The 6 yard is rated to be filled level full, which is what makes it the heavy-material box.
Will the container fit my site?
Footprints run from 12' x 5' for the 6 yard to 18' x 8' for the 20 and 30 yard. The truck needs clear overhead room and a straight approach to back in and tilt the bed. Tight lot, low wires or a soft driveway, say so when you call and we will tell you what will actually work.
What do you need from me to quote a job?
Four things: the town, what is going in it, roughly how big the job is, and the date you need it dropped. That is a two minute phone call, not a form.
What cannot go in?
Hazardous, flammable or liquid material including oil, gasoline and paint unless it is fully hardened. No tires. No household food waste. Everything else on a normal build or tear-out is fine.
