Commercial dumpster rental
Retail and office fit-outs, warehouse clear-outs and the property manager who needs a container on a date that cannot move.
Rated 5.0 across 395 Google reviews. We run out of Lemont, our own trucks, and the people who answer the phone are the people who dispatch them.
The short answer
Commercial work is judged on the schedule rather than the container. A box that arrives a day late costs a crew's day or a tenant's move-in, and no per-pull rate makes that back. We run out of one yard in Lemont with our own trucks inside roughly 20 miles, so the person who answers the phone is the person who dispatches the truck. There is no broker in the middle selling your job on.
Property management and repeat work
If you are turning units, the useful thing is not a discount, it is that the same number reaches the same people every time and that the container turns up when it was promised. Several of the reviews on this site are from property managers and contractors who have been calling the same number for years.
Fit-outs and tear-outs
Retail and office strip-outs are dense: ceiling grid, partition, flooring and fixtures. That is a tonnage conversation as much as a volume one, so tell us what is coming out and we will size it against the weight rather than the floor area.
What we will not pretend to be
This is roll-off container rental, not scheduled waste collection. If you need a front-load bin emptied on a route every week, that is a different service and a different company. If you need a container delivered, filled and taken away, that is exactly what we do.
Container sizes and what each one carries
| Size | Dimensions | Weight limit | What it is for |
|---|---|---|---|
| 6 yard | 12' x 5' x 3' | filled level full | The only container rated for concrete, brick or dirt. Fits one driveway lane. |
| 10 yard | 12' x 7' x 3.5' | 2 tons | Single-room remodels, garage clean outs, small tear-offs. Same driveway footprint as the 12 yard with a lower wall. |
| 12 yard | 12' x 7' x 4' | 3 tons | Bathroom remodels, garage and basement cleanouts, deck tear-offs. |
| 16 yard | 14' x 7' x 5' | 4 tons | Large household cleanouts with bulky furniture, bigger remodels. |
| 20 yard | 18' x 8' x 4.5' | 4 tons | New construction, full-home cleanouts, larger commercial jobs. |
| 30 yard | 18' x 8' x 6.5' | 5 tons | New builds and commercial jobs with high-volume, lighter debris. |

Commercial dumpster rental: common questions
Do you rent dumpsters to businesses?
Yes. Retail and office fit-outs, warehouse and commercial cleanouts, property management turnovers and construction sites across the southwest suburbs.
What size dumpster does a commercial cleanout need?
Most commercial clear-outs land on the 20 or 30 yard. A strip-out with ceiling grid, partition and flooring is dense, so the weight limit matters as much as the volume.
Can I book repeat deliveries?
Yes. Call the same number and you reach the same people who dispatch the trucks, which is the point of using a local hauler for recurring work.
Do you offer scheduled waste collection?
No. We rent roll-off containers: delivered, filled by you, then collected. Weekly route collection is a different service.
How much does a commercial dumpster cost?
We quote every job on the phone, because the price depends on the size, the town and what you are throwing away. How the price is built: one flat rate however long you keep it, a week plus a three day grace period, ten days maximum, and the same rate whether you fill it the first afternoon or keep it the full ten days. Weight is included up to the container's limit, 3 tons in the 12 yard, 4 tons in the 16 and 20, 5 tons in the 30. The 6 yard is rated to be filled level full, which is what makes it the container for concrete, brick and dirt. Mattresses are $25 each. Tell us the town, what is going in it, roughly how big the job is and the date you need it, and you will have a number on that call.
Tell us what is going in it
The town, the material, the rough size of the job and your date. Two minutes and you have a number.
