What size dumpster does a commercial cleanout need?
Most commercial clear-outs land on the 20 or 30 yard. Both are 18 feet long and the difference is the wall height, so the deciding number is weight: 4 tons in the 20 yard, 5 tons in the 30. A strip-out with ceiling grid, partition, flooring and fixtures is dense material, so tell us what is coming out rather than the square footage. Retail and office cleanouts

Fit-outs and strip-outs are a weight question
Ceiling grid, partition, flooring and fixtures carry more weight per cubic yard than household debris. Tell us what is coming out and we size against the tonnage, so the container is still legal to lift when your crew finishes.
Repeat bookings on one number
There is no account to set up and no minimum. Call the same number each time and you reach the people who dispatch the trucks, and the container turns up on the date it was promised. Several of the reviews on this site come from property managers who have used that number for years.
Roll-off containers, delivered and collected
We deliver a container, you fill it, we take it away. Weekly route collection with a front-load bin is a different service and a different company.

How much does a commercial dumpster cost?
We quote every job on the phone, because the price depends on the size, the town and what you are throwing away. How the price is built: one flat rate covers a full week, with a three day grace period on top at no extra charge, and the rate is the same whether you fill the container the first afternoon or keep it the whole time. Weight is included up to the container's limit, 3 tons in the 12 yard, 4 tons in the 16 and 20, 5 tons in the 30. The 6 yard is rated to be filled level full, which is what makes it the container for concrete, brick and dirt. Mattresses are $25 each. Tell us the town, what is going in it, roughly how big the job is and the date you need it, and we will price it on that call.
