Estate Cleanout Dumpster Rental

I've been using Wastebox for a few years. I love these folks. When I call for an order, the ladies pick up and arrange for delivery very timely and are so polite and easy to work with. The drivers have all been great. Ken has especially been helpful since he was the guy that connected me to WasteBox in the beginning. Ken is always patient and always has a smile and is the so friendly. Ill continue to use this service and I tell all my customers and other vendors to do the same.

Fantastic service. Very communicative. Came in the time frame that was given. Our driver, Ken, was great! We did a live load and Ken helped us fill the dumpster which was not expected and very much appreciated!! Definition of going above and beyond! If/when we need another dumpster we will definitely use Wastebox again!

We’ve used wastebox several times, they have fast service, friendly staff, that truly make sure you’re satisfied and informed. They are the most economical too of all the other dumpster and junk hauling companies. The driver Alex showed up on time makes sure the dumpster is positioned perfectly where you want it and that you have no questions. I highly recommend wastebox!

Wastebox is the absolute best. They show up on time and pick up right away. Our driver Art was the best driver ever. He took a look at our driveway because of the slope and went above and beyond to make sure it was safe to drop the dumpster with the pitch of the driveway. Art is the real deal and wastebox is Lucky to have him. They are the best dumpster business in Chicago. Art also took the time to cut wood to protect the driveway and landed it exactly where we wanted it. Use Art and wastebox !

Have used Wastebox several times and they are very timely and professional...the office is extremely helpful talking through exactly how many yards you need based on your project! The delivery driver we recently had was amazing! He did a great job backing in while coordinating with our contractor, who was laying down plywood to help protect our paver driveway. Highly recommend!!! 😊

I've used Wastebox twice so far and have nothing but good things to say about them. The person I spoke with on the phone was courteous and helpful at explaining prices. I called around 7AM and my dumpster was delivered before noon. Their driver Jason was helpful and was able to position the dumpster in a way to preserve vehicle access to the garage while the dumpster was in the driveway. Finally, Wastebox is good with communications. They text about 30 minutes prior to arriving for drop off and pick up. Overall, a great company that I'd use again and recommend to others.

I work in property management and use Wastebox frequently. Waste Box is very responsive and very easy on the budget. When you call them a person always answers and is helpful. They can answer any questions you have. Drop off and pick up are always perfect. I highly recommend Wastebox for your short term dumpster needs.

I ordered a 16 yd box. The driver was very careful in placing the box in a difficult location and avoided damaging anything. They were also prompt in pickup and left no trace in the area. I did go over my load by one ton. Beth notified me and was able to settle tge account promptly.

Don’t hesitate to use them. Great pricing and reliable. David went above and beyond and dropped off our box in the middle of a tornado when we were hunkering down in the basement. He was soaking wet, but still delivered it as promised. Very pleased 😀!

Very friendly staff! Super easy service and at a good price. Sandy answered my call and was very helpful, I had a dumpster delivered the same day by the driver David who was also very friendly and easy to work with! I recommend and will use WasteBox Inc again!

Wonderful experience with Waste Box! Arturo was on time, friendly, and very helpful during drop off. Ended up getting a same day pick up by Ken which we really appreciated. He was very careful with loading the box back on his truck. Fair pricing, great service. We will definitely use them again!

I do general contracting and have used them for years. Always on time with drop off and pick up. Always place the container where I ask them to. Today Troy helped me out, nice guy just like all the other driver.

My driver Art, was great! I asked him if it would be possible to drop my dumpster in a narrow spot with not much clearance. He told me "I can do it with my eyes closed, but for safety reasons I'll keep them open". He actually then suggested a better spot, and that worked out great! Great driver, Great guy, knows what he's doing. Very friendly.

The office ladies were knowledgeable & helpful. The driver, Arturo, was friendly and efficient. He was able to maneuver the dumpster into my driveway, avoiding my neighbor's lawn & my plantings. He also showed me how to open the door of the dumpster, as this was my first time. From ordering to take-away, everything went smoothly.
